Q Are Latitude 40 products gluten-free?

Yes, all Latitude 40 products are certified gluten-free and are manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free facility.

Q Do any of your products contain Sesame? 
A No, we are a Sesame seed free facility.

Q What flavors can I eat if I am allergic to peanuts? 
Since we are a peanut-free facility all products are suitable for individuals with peanut allergies. Although we do recommend checking the allergen statement on the back of the bag, due to the facility also processing products which contain tree nuts.

Q Are the products dairy free? 
Latitude 40 Granola is processed in a facility which also processes products containing dairy.

Q Are your products Kosher? 
A Yes, we are certified Kosher dairy.

Q Are any of the ingredients in your products made with bioengineering? 
A None of our ingredients are made with bioengineering.

Q How much sugar is in your granola?
A Latitude 40 Granola contains between 6-9 grams of sugar per serving. Daily recommendations for sugar is 36 grams for men and 24 grams for women.

Q How long does it take to process an order?
A Once we receive your order we will process the order within 48 business hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Q When will my order be shipped?
A We ship orders within 72 business hours of receiving them. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Q Do your Free Shipping offers apply to countries outside the US? 
A Unfortunately due to the higher costs associated with shipping to destinations outside the continental US, we cannot offer free shipping. We will ship outside the US, but with the buyer paying shipping costs.

Q Can I use multiple discount codes or receive multiple discounts?
A We only accept one discount code per order.

Q Do you offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and shipping to armed forces addresses?
A Yes, we do currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and to armed forces addresses. For shipping to these addresses, all orders will be charged for shipping based on the discounted carrier rates that we receive. Q What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
A We ship most of our items via UPS, or USPS. Unfortunately, sometimes packages get damaged after they leave our doors. If you experience this, please contact us at sales@latitude40snacks.com and we will work to make it right.
